Fina Estampa has an inviting look from the outside of the restaurant.  A mural bursting with Peruvian pride and culture, beautiful tile and decor but the inside falls short of the beauty of the outside. Don't get me wrong.  It is not a dump.  The potential is all there for this place but it hasn't come into fruition.  The tables are simply one step away from qualifying as cafeteria tables.  The buffet set up functional but not a attractive.  All I could think was "What could Restaurant Impossible do with the inside of this place?"

Citizen Report from Keisha Rooks-Billie's Black catfish is pretty inexpensive. Its fried coating keeps the "crack fish" very moist and very tasty. If you pair it with their seasoned "You're Wrong for that Mac & Cheese"...smh.  It is inexpensive for such quality food (roughly $20 for a hardy meal).  Billie's has a XXX-rated drink menu.

Sweet to the Palate is based in Orange County. The catering company specializes in different kinds of cake for diabetic people as well as the general consumer. They may have 15 years in the business, but Brio Tuscan Grille is the new kid on the block in Baltimore. Their new Inner Harbor venture is just two months in and business is good—in fact, it's very good. On my Wednesday evening visit the restaurant lived up to its name which means "lively" or "full of life." Brio was bustling and packed from the outside flowing in. Maybe it was because Wednesday is Martini night or maybe because there was a "Mom's Night Out!" pre-Mother's day event in progress, or maybe because Wednesday night is as good a night as any to have some good old-fashioned authentic Italian food. Whatever the reason—business was very good.
