If we are going to the Falafel Palace then of course I am trying the falafel. I was very pleased. The cashier offered a sample with out hesitation of the falafel paired with hummus and tabouli. It is was light and fresh tasting. It was a little different from the tabouli that I am used which tends to be Lebanese. I ordered the pita offering of a falafel sandwich.
My dining companion happily ate the lamb gyro. It is the most popular sandwich on the menu. The lamb meat is permeated with flavor, the sandwich overflowing with lamb, fried onion, lettuce and tomato.
The staff is friendly and quick to recognize you once you enter.
